Ezebreze TV Trouble Shooting:

-From the home screen of your android tv box click on the setting tab                                      

-Then go to apps
-Then scroll down until you see the Ezebreze TV app
-Click on the app and clear the cache and clear the cache
-Then click on clear data and clear the data
-Then go back to the home screen of your android tv box
-Click on the Ezebreze TV app and enter your username and password
*The problem should be corrected but not always!
 
If The Problem Still Persists:
-From the home screen of your android tv box click on the setting tab
-Then go to apps
-Then scroll down until you see the Ezebreze TV app
-Click on the Ezebreze TV app and then click uninstall
-Then reinstall the app using the downloader app that is already programmed on your box
-Go to the home screen on your android tv box, then click on apps
-Find the downloader app and click on it to open the app
-Enter this url: https://tinyurl.com/ut2kv7v or the url that was given for your service
-When the app install enter your username & password that was assigned

 

Minor Trouble Shooting The Ezebreze TV  XC App:
-from the Ezebreze TV app home screen go down to settings
-then scroll all the way to the right until you see update content
-click on update content
-then update all

Here Are A Few Helpful Trouble Shooting Tips If You Experiencing Any Issues. These Steps Will More Than Likely Fix It.

- maintenance, (on a fire device) go to settings, application, manage installed applications, click on each app, then clear cache, go to Streaming APK you are using to stream the service with then click Force Stop, clear cache then launch application.

-if you are using a Android TV box under settings look for the app that you are using to watch Streaming then clear cache and force stop.
- unplug your device and unplug your modem or router for at least 5 mins .
- if it is a single channel that's giving you an issue go to the "ALL" folder then press up twice to go to the magnifying glass once there type in and search for the name of the station that's giving you the issue, as we more than likely have a back up for the same exact station.
- if you are experiencing buffering on all channels, please refer to steps 1 and 2.

Here Are A Few Helpful Trouble Shooting Tips If You Are Experiencing Any Issues With The Firestick.
MAINTENANCE:(on a fire device)
Go to settings and adjust these settings.
Scroll over to Preferences>Privacy Settings,
Turn all three options off. 
1.Device usage 
2.App usage
3. Internet based adds
Preferences>Feature Content,
Turn both options off. 
1.Video content 
2.Audio
Scroll over to my Fire TV>Developer Options. Turn both options on. 
1.Apps from unknown sources
2. ADB debugging 

 
MAINTENANCE:
Under Settings:>applications, >manage installed applications:
click on each app one at a time, force stop and then clear cache. 
You only need to do this to apps that have a cache size over 12 KB. Do this every couple of days. 
Make sure you do MAINTENANCE!!!
Also uplug device, modem and router from the  wall for 3 minutes so they can reset.

HOW TO PAIR POWER/VOLUME BUTTON ON AMAZON FIRESTICK TO TV:
-Go To House Icon On Firestick
-Go To Settings
-Go To Equipment Control
-Go To Manage Equipment
-Go To TV
-Go To Change TV
-Change TV Again
-Then Wait And Follow Instructions

To Program A New Remote To The Firestick
-Hold The Home Button Down For 15-30 seconds until you see the blinking red  light on the remote
